October 2024: Release Notes

Fatigue360

Enhancements

  • Syrinx Integration: A new integration has been added to import Operatives, Sites, Hire Contracts, and Shifts directly from Syrinx into Fatigue360. This feature flags shifts with potential compliance issues, enabling planners to address these in Fatigue360 with feedback that can loop back into Syrinx for a seamless update.
  • TfL Importer Update: The bespoke TfL importer has been refined to streamline file consolidation and follow-up actions, significantly accelerating the upload process and reducing administrative overhead.
  • Enhanced TfL Compliance Checks: The 30-hour rest check following a late shift now only applies when the subsequent shift is not a late or night shift (previously only if a late shift), improving compliance adherence.
  • Inactive Staff Handling: When setting a staff member to "Inactive," the system now logs this timestamp to ensure that shifts starting the following day reflect the "Inactive Staff Issue." Shifts prior to the deactivation date remain unaffected.
  • Role Rate Cards Standardisation: The Hour Prefix has been removed from Role Rate Cards to standardize terminology with other references in the system.
  • Event Form Update: Event forms now allow the Custom Event Status to be cleared only on existing events, preventing unintended edits on new events.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where imported events could have an incorrect start time set to thousands of years in the past.
  • Addressed a bug where risk assessments would persist after unassigning a staff member from a shift.
  • Resolved an issue with duplicate bank holiday entries for individuals.
  • Corrected the clause breach display so that it only appears on the shift causing the breach, not on the current shift if unrelated.
  • Fixed a stuck job where toggling supplier fatigue/risk index updates was not progressing for shifts.

DMS360

Enhancements

  • Event User Access: Users can now be assigned to an Event before they complete their account setup, allowing more flexible event planning and coordination.

Obstruction360

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where users with Single Sign-On enabled would still receive password expiry notifications, ensuring that SSO users are not affected by standard password policies.

Worksite360

Enhancements

  • Register Filter: Added a new filter in the Register to display pre-populated entries where travel time may risk breaching the door-to-door rule, helping planners ensure shift compliance.

MacRail System

Enhancements

  • Editor License for Register: A new Editor License type allows users to sign in individuals and make changes to register entries, improving flexibility in register management.
  • Travel Time in Reports: The Pre-Populated Register Entries Report now includes calculated travel times for each entry, offering clearer insight into potential shift compliance issues.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where card requests could be created without a selected Card Type.
  • Corrected an issue in the Event Zone Transaction Current Report where entries without a "time out" were included, even when workers had left the site.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed card requests without a Card Type selection.
