Fatigue360
Enhancements
- Export generation now allows selection of a ‘Supplier’ company, enabling exports for people under that Supplier.
- In the Shift Timeline, under Exports, you can now generate a Timesheet for Planned and Actual Shifts for just that Event.
- Timesheet Exports now include the Week Number and each individual's Supplier company (if applicable).
- Added the ability to manage company vehicles under the Staff menu, which can be assigned to individual shifts.
- Multiple empty shifts can now be copied simultaneously using the sidebar option.
- Staff Import now supports a column for Supplier Company name; this will be imported or updated accordingly.
- The Actual Shift report now flags individuals who signed in 3+ hours early or late for their planned shift.
- The Planned Shift report now displays either the full or part of the postcodes the individual is traveling from and to.
- Added a new database index for the unique ID in the Media module to improve performance.
Client Enhancements
- Added a bespoke importer for Events & Shifts for QTS.
- Updated MacRail Finance Export to include Project/Task codes where no Purchase Order is entered.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed bug where Travel Shifts could have their indexes reset to none.
- Fixed bug where deleting an Event before an individual signed out caused exceedances not to fully clear.
- Fixed styling issue in the Workplan Export when displaying dates and email addresses.
Fatigue360 Workforce App
Enhancements
- Updated the API to stop sending down shifts more than 10 hours after the expected sign-out time.
Worksite360
Enhancements
- Increased validation for Postcode fields. User-entered or uploaded postcodes (except on the Sign-in page) are now checked against a database of known values to reduce entry errors.
- Updated the Person module to allow filtering by card type (e.g., Sentinel, CSCS).
- Added a new database index for the unique ID in the Media module to improve performance.
- Register now displays the device used for sign-in when an image is captured via FR and displayed.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed bug where pagination on the Register page could show more pages than accessible when pre-populated entries existed more than 3 days in the future.
- Fixed bug where the last shift check would find a shift on a deleted or hidden Event.
MacRail System
Enhancements
- Induction Dashboards now show various statistics, including totals inducted, assessment results (passed/failed), top questions answered correctly, and induction methods.
- Updated Self Enrol Induction process for TRU Central: added fields to capture more information and introduced an Induction importer using a custom spreadsheet.
- Updated Induction Manager to show Users’ Enrolment Licence details (e.g., Default Sponsor, Activity).
- The Pre-Populated Shifts report in Report Builder now includes postcodes for Event, Last Place of Rest, and Next Place of Rest in Excel exports.
- Added Event Monthly Breakdown to Automated Reporting, matching the Event Weekly Breakdown but over a different date range.
- Card Requests administration now highlights cases where a card was not checked with an external API.
- Added an Approximate CO2 Emissions statistic to the Event Homepage.
Organisation Administration
Enhancements
- Added option to export Users to Excel, including when filters are applied (e.g., disabled users, licence types, user groups, or custom searches).
- Updated Organisation Dashboard layout to display content in two columns.
- Added new database indexes for Card Types and Register Activities (Worksite360 only) to improve performance.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed bug where Single Sign-On (SSO) would be disabled if a User with SSO enabled was added to a new Organisation.
